Ronald Walton was born in New York City, attended Brooklyn College, and now lives in Petersburg, Virginia where he is the co-owner of the Walton Gallery. Ron has been acclaimed for his paper-on-canvas artwork. His use of color and texture creates a lavish and illuminating effect. His work can be found in public and private collections throughout the United States, including the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the David Rockefeller, Jr collection, the Try-Me Gallery, and the Roosevelt/ Waldorf Astoria, New Orleans, to name just a few.
