Frankie Slaughter is a mixed media artist who works with a variety of materials including fabric, paper, encaustic and porcelain. Her previous focus was designing one-of-a-kind jackets, jewelry and accessories. Frankie’s art is included in private and corporate collections, and has been shown at boutiques, galleries, and juried venues throughout the country and abroad.
Named a Style Weekly’s 2015 Women in the Arts Honoree, Frankie has served as a juror and advisor for several community events and participated as a mentor and visiting instructor for local high school groups. She is currently resides and works in Richmond,VA.
