Suzanne Guppy exhibits oil paintings in our Helena Davis Gallery in "The Poetic Moment." Taken by the poignant moments experienced in daily life, Guppy works "quickly and energetically" to capture a "quirky and unusual translation of a brief moment in time." Receiving her MFA from Radford University, Guppy has also been a Vermont Studio Center Residency Fellow. Her "small, lyrical" paintings will be hung chronologically around the gallery space, reflecting the order in which they were created.
